We are very excited to welcome students, families and staff back to Rideau for another fantastic year of learning. The office is open the week of Aug. 26- 30, from 8:30 - 4:00 each day. The first day of school for 2019-20 is Tuesday, Sept. 3. Don't forget school starts at 9:05, and ends at 3:35 p.m. See you soon!
Kinder Drop-in
Once again this year, we are inviting our kindergarten families to drop into school on Friday, August 30, any time between 9 and 11 a.m. At this time you can find out your child's class placement, see where the room is, and find out where they will line up in the kinder yard. Please bring your completed First Week Home Time Plan which you received in your summer mail-out. Additional copies will be on site. Hope to see you there!
Grade 1-6 class lists
As in the past, grade 1-6 class lists will be shared on the first day of school. Parent volunteers and staff will circulate on the yard with class lists to help direct students to the right lineup. Grade and teacher name posters will be posted on the fence around the yard for students to gather.
If you would like to find out your child's class on Friday, August 30, parents are invited to stop by the school between 12-2 p.m.
